cannot export to PDF

I cannot export print jobs to PDF files.____When I chose the PDF Export printer (in Rapid Runner), I can an error message that it couldn^t print, and then the printer disappears until I reboot my computer again.____I^m running RR v. 10.0 for sql on a windows 95 machine.____Thank you__Sherri

Try using the INSTALL program for the PDFFILES directory on the R&R CD to permanently install the PDF printer.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I don^t see an "Install" program in any of the directories on the disk. I did transfer driver files, according to the instructions in pdfdist.txt, and I have PDFDRIVER=1 (under defaults), in the rrw.ini file. At one point, there was no PDFDriver=X in the .ini file, and it didn^t work, then I added PDFDriver=0, and it didn^t work, then a changed the 0 to a 1, and it still doesn^t work. Each time I have changed something, or added driver files, I have rebooted my computer before trying again. The print job is still unable to start, and then the printer disappears.____Am I missing something?____Thanks

I got it to work, I needed to install the latest update, in order to get the "print to file" option with the printer selection.____Thanks
