cannot create sort temporary file

My client is using the R&R xbase with Cougar Mtn accounting 8.5. All but one user is fine. When that one user prints an invoice it is supposed to print 3 copies. Sometimes it prints all three, sometimes it errors out on 1, 2 or all three with no apparent correlation to anything else going on on the server. She uses Citrix to work directly on the server and has the same rights set as the other users that have no problems. The error is ^r&r xbase error: Cannot create sort emporary file.^____Any help is appreciated!____Jim____james.tall@oscomputers.net

R&R will create any required sort temporary files in the TEMP location that is defined in the user^s environment.____So we either cannot find this directory or do not have write privileges to that directory, or there is no disk space available in that directory.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi,__ we have the same problem with MS terminal servers and found that the reason seems to have something to do with user rights on terminal server temp dir.__ On MS TS C: drive is for "for administrative purposes only" and we had to create new share for C: drive to assign user rights.____On some installations we get rid of this error when assigned rights to __user default TEMP dirs (%USERPROFILE%Local SettingsTemp)____On some installations we had to create new default dir C:TEMP ,__assing rights to this dir and change encironment variables TEMP and TMP to C:TEMP (We just do^nt know which one works for R&R)________>My client is using the R&R xbase with Cougar Mtn accounting __>8.5.
