Printing true totals

Post by Smzemke_(Guest) » Thu May 26, 2005 4:55 pm

Is there a way to have report writer print out a total figure, even if all of the records aren^t printing out?____i.e. ____Invoice 12345 has:__ 300 Feet of Red Oak__ 500 Feet of Birch____I want a report to print out only the red oak, but I also want to know that the invoice has a total of 800 feet on it.____Is this possible?____Thanks!

You can use a conditional calculation to control printing of the detail line so that it only shows certain records. This will allow the non-printing records to be included in the total but not displayed.____Kathleen__R&R Support
