Version 10.0 Printing Problems

We are currently using Version 10.0+, Build 10.1.002____I have an exisiting report from which I am trying to print out the Report Specifications. When I print, I get no error messages, but nothing prints out. I tried printing out the Report itself, with no luck. If I try to print either to a PDF file (we have PDF Writer), it just hangs.____We originally thought that it might be a problem with our printer drivers, but if I create a brand new report in R&R, we are able to print from it just fine (and yes, I am selecting the same printer).____The only thing I can think of is that these existing reports were originally, Version 5.0 reports that were converted Version 10.0 reports using Report Converter. Could this have something to do with why these reports won^t print to the printer? Do I have to change something to get them to work?____Thanks.__

Try selecting the printer, then saving and re-opening the report.____Kathleen__R&R Support

No luck.____I tried it and it didn^t make a difference.
