Record lines to print

Hi,____I^ve got a report with lots of logical conditions in the page header and footer lines. When calculating how many record lines it can print R&R doesn^t seem to ignore those logical lines that aren^t going to print. ____The upshot is that I now only get one record line per page.____Is this correct?____TIA____Jeremy__

That is correct. If there are 10 page footer lines, R&R will leave space at the bottom of the page for 10 lines even though only 1 of the 10 might actually print.____Kathleen__R&R Support

This seems rather restrictive. I know that it^s done with group header and footer lines.____It^s really stuffing up my reports. Is there any way it can be changed to not count header and footer lines that aren^t going to be printed?____Jeremy

The restriction applies only to page footers and is something that has been present since product inception.____Kathleen__R&R Support
