2003 Small Business Server

2003 Small Business Server has a new feature to install printers to the workstation. The Presets on default bins however fails to come across. This causes our users to cancel printing to the printer specified at runtime to change the bin. When the bin is chosen by the user (for an HP 8150 printer), RRWRUN.EXE fails with an error. If no preferences are changed, printing occurs. This is with Version 10.1.013 of the runtime files. Any suggestions ? We have avoided the upgrade to Version 11 because we have many report libraries with many RRW files in the RP5 report libraries; and going back to distribting RRW files would be an enormous project.

Are you making the change via rrwrun.exe using the Properties button in the Print dialog?____Kathleen__R&R Support

R&R sometimes has problems in using advanced printer features for some printers. This issue is on our bug list to be addressed in a future release.______Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks for continuing to followup as I come back and check for answers.__Would love to know when there is more compatibility with latest printers as I spend many hours troubleshooting problems.
