R&Rv10 not reading all SQL fields

This has meant upgrading from R&Rv6 to R&Rv10.____In addition to R&R we have also got another reporting software package. The problem I am experiencing is that the table I want to use as a master has 49 fields. I can see all these fields when using the other reporting tool, but only 44 are visible when I use R&R.____The ones that remain hidden are the ones deemed to be the index fields. Without these there is no way I can use R&R to link tables. Is anyone able to offer an advice about this? Any help or suggestions would be very greatly appreciated.____I would much prefer to use R&R as is enables me to export data into my preferred format without too much trouble.________Thanks

We use Windows 2000NT____The fields in the table that R&R can^t see all end in "ID" eg tb_jobID. When the table is opened by the other reporting software package they are refered to as indexes.____Within the documentatation they are referred to as primary keys etc.____The data in first record in the first field (called ItemID) in the master table that R&R can^t see is something like this {998CD-7788CC-JKUH-88EO}. (i^m now at home so can^t recall exact data).____The table I want to join the master table to also has a field called ItemID, and this field contains the data in the same format as above. As a result I can join tables using the other reporting software.____As R&R dosn^t recognise the "ID" fields I am unable to join the tables together. There are no other common fields between the tables.____The above is applicable to all tables within the database.____Thanks

If they are SQL Server unique identifier fields, then R&R cannot read them. This is a bug that in still present in the current V11 release and will be addressed in a future release.______Kathleen__R&R Support
