I^ve been using R&R report Writer for 5 years now and never had any real problems - none that weren^t solved by the old favorite - switch it off, switch it on.__This morning I got an error message ____Serial No Error: Mutex timeout____Anyone any ideas what has happened

I have seen this happen on rare occasions and it has to due with a problem in reading the LIC serial number file by the designer. Usually a re-boot of the machine will correct things.____Kathleen__R&R Support
