Graphic Colors

I have issues with Version 10 printing graphics with the wrong colors. We are trying to print clients logo^s. This has happened since our clients have upgraded to version 10 or R & R. It is happening at more than one location.

Does the version of the file RRPD.DLL match the version of the R&R executable? Color shifts may happen if they are out of synch.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I finally got back to this issue. I checked your suggestion by looking at the properites of the RRPD.DLL which showed version 10.1.3.0. I then checked the RRW.EXE file and it also shows version 10.1.3.0. So it looks like the two are the same version. Any other suggestions?
