Overflow error

I have a report that runs perfectly when previewed/printed through R&R but when I try to run the same report on the same data using Rapid Runner, I get an Overload error.__The report runs and the printing dialogue shows, about half way through the data processing the error pops up, the reports prints but the queue hangs until the OK button on the error is pressed, after this the queue continues. __Any ideas please?__Thanks__Steve
