Match Error Generating PDF

We have a customer getting the error "Cannot match printer or port in control file" when printing a report to PDF using Windows XP Home. We are using the R&R runtime EXE and R&R V11.____We have many other customers using the exact same program where it works. We have been able to duplicate the problem using Windows XP Home. I don^t know if that is the cause or not.____Any ideas?____--Pat

Sounds like the driver is not being installed. Send me an email and I will send a copy of the install program that lets you permanently install the printer driver.____Kathleen__R&R Support__livesupport@livewarepub.com
