Mapi Export and Winmail.dat

Using R&R v11 on XP with Outlook 2002____We use the Mapi option to address and auto send burst files to a number of clients.____However for some of those clients (eg anyone using hotmail) the email always turns up as an attachment WINMAIL.DAT containing the complete email (header,subject,message,attachment and all) rather than an sensible email with the clients file attached as a .txt file.____Thanks____Paul____

Not sure why this happens.____There are no configuration settings on the R&R side.____Kathleen__R&R Support
