XP and Runtime 8.1

I have a client system running reports created in R&R 6 to use the rrjb control file, and running on runtime 8.1. After a recent update to XP, I am getting a runtime error on a newly created report. The event log shows:____Faulting application rrwrun.exe, version 8.1.23.0, faulting module rrwrun.exe, version 8.1.23.0, fault address 0x000da411.____Any ideas?

Does the error also occur if you directly execute RRWRUN.EXE and select the report?____Kathleen__R&R Support
