Conflict with Adobe 7x

Post by Dan » Mon Nov 21, 2005 5:23 pm

I seem to be running into a conflict between R&R 11 and Adobe Acrobat 7x running on Windows XP Pro sp2. If a user with standard XP permissions is logged on and they send a report to the screen and then try to either print the report or go to page 2 the R&R screen just shuts down. Looking in the Event viewer there are a series of message about the R&R PDF ____This problem does not occur if I^m logged in as a local administrator, if Adobe Acrobat is not installed, or if I try to send the report directly to the printer. __

Add the line:__PDFDRIVER=0____to the DEFAULTS section of c:windowsR?W.INI and see if it helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
