rsw.ocx error

I have a user who is encountering an error stating that rsw.ocx or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered. I don^t have direct access to her machine. What should I be looking at and leading her through to find a solution here? I tried having her directly register the rsw.ocx file and that failed.____Thanks!

Installing from an R&R CD should fix things.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks, Kathleen. As I said, however, I do not have access to her machine. This is a Visual Basic application that uses the R&R Custom Control and we have for years just bundled the dll and other files into the installation. We have hundreds of users around the world who are having no problem. ____We are moving to a new version and have other users of the new version who have experienced no problems. She is on Win98. We moved from Arpeggio 2.0 to R&R 11 with the new version of our software.____Anything specific we could try?____Thanks!
