R&R Fail on Preview(HPLaser4100DTN)

can anyone help, we are experiencing problems when previewing R&R__Reports using a certain printer driver (HP Laserjet 4100d DTN)__The system just crashes with the R&R SQL Report Viewer message.__This happens everytime. Printing works fine, its the preview that__causes the problem, also if we use any other printer it works fine__it just happens on the above printer.We are using R&R version 8__we are running this on a windows xp rig which includes sp2.

Try clicking the properties button from the Print dialog prior to printing and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
