R&R Report Works v11 lockup puzzle

I am in tech support for my agency.____Report Works v 11.0.006 for Xbase locks up on one specific report on one particular machine. Opening Report Works and then opening the report or using the report to start Report Works gives the same result. RRW.EXE uses all available cpu cycles. The PC does not lock up, it will open/start other programs and responds normally. With Task Manager open when starting Report Works, everything looks normal until the specific report is opened. Report Works then shows as "not responding" and rrw.exe process takes all available cpu cycles, 85 to 98%. ____This PC can open all other Report Works reports without incident and this particular report can be opened successfully by other installed copies of Report Works. All machines are Dell GX280^s running Win XP Prof.____I find mention of lockup issues with previous versions of Report Works and tried adding [Database] ALLWAYSRR=1 to rrw.ini without any improvement. My next step appears to be reinstalling the software.____Any ideas would be appreciated.____AJ__

What is different about this report? Does it use a different saved printer or different data files than other reports that do work on this machine?____Kathleen__R&R Support

The user reports that there is no difference from any of the other reports. She states it pulls from Foxpro and uses the same printers.
